    1. Two different roles

It matters which hat we're wearing.

As responsible party — for information about you, our client or prospective client, collected through this website, enquiries and our own client relationship.

As operator — for information about your customers, processed inside systems we build and manage on your behalf. There you are the responsible party and we act only on your documented instructions, under a written operator agreement as required by section 21 of POPIA.

This policy covers the first. The second is governed by your service agreement.

    2. What we collect

When you contact us: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, business name, business type, and whatever you tell us about your business.

When you use the chat assistant on this site: the content of your messages and any contact details you share.

When you use our WhatsApp AI agent: your WhatsApp number, profile name and the content of the conversation.

When you visit this site: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring source, and cookie data.

When you become a client: billing and banking details for debit order collection, business registration details, and access credentials for accounts we manage on your behalf.
